Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are prepared and packed within 4–5 business days of placement.
However, shipments are dispatched only once a week — every Monday.
Orders placed after Sunday midnight will be included in the next Monday’s dispatch cycle.
During peak periods, such as festival seasons, processing or dispatch times may be slightly delayed, but we will make every effort to ship your order on the next available Monday.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
